Operaide was an early-stage AI product where I served as CTO in Residence and Lead Architect, bridging founder vision and technical execution.
It was a 0-to-1 build under release pressure: ambitious scope, lean team, and committed milestones.

- Defined system architecture and product-technical roadmap

- Introduced release process and deployment automation to improve reliability

A central enterprise agent orchestration hub connecting people, data, and agents across organizational workflows.
I built the core framework patterns for coordinating agent behavior and execution flow, while making architectural decisions that could support the product’s ambition instead of collapsing under it.
