• Context An industrial manufacturer needed a centralized platform to track decommissioned machines across sites, reduce wasted purchases, and improve internal reuse. Global industrial manufacturer with multiple sites and business units.
• Input A requirements document and access to a single subject matter expert.
• Execution Requirements to feature map in 1-2 days, then a pilot scope with supplier/requester workflows, evaluation checklists, valuation logic, and search/discovery.
• Output A live pilot instance, source code, and handoff notes that internal teams could own.
• Outcome A real product pilot used for leadership demos, internal reviews, and go/no-go decision support.
